If puppy is going to new home by Airline, he/she can also travel at 8
weeks old. Purchaser must send final payment along with flight
cost for puppy, and monies for airline approved crate, including GST
by the 6th week.  (This gives breeder time to purchase crate and make
arrangements for puppy's flight.) 

This pup has had his/her tail docked and the dew claws removed. 
He/she has been examined by a qualified Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. 

The Vet. has weighed, microchipped, administered the first set of shots,
and dewormed the puppy.  Vet. records of this information will be
given to the purchaser.

It is extremely important you limit your dog's exposure to infectious
diseases until your dog is fully immunized and the vaccine has had
a chance to protect your dog.  We encourage you to have your own
Vet. examine this pup within 72 hours of his arrival.

We do our best to ensure that your pup does not have Hip Dysplasia.
It is a concern in most purebred breeds.  Red Diamond Brittany's
only breed Sire and Dam that are Certified OFA Good or Excellent. 

With careful breeding practices, it helps to eliminate any possibility
of that genetic defect.  If a dog was OFA Certified to have Dysplasia,
an owner can receive 50% return of the purchase price by submitting
a copy of the OFA Certification, and proof from your Vet. that this
pup was spayed/neutered. 

With this commitmenet to our breed, this
puppy should make a wonderful companion, but this too depends on
your obedience training and treatment of your pup.  The more time you
spend with them, the better they are. 

If this pup is purchased for a Show Prospect, we have tried
to pick the best possible Show Quality pup for you.

The Canadian Kennel Club registration for this dog will be forwarded
to the Purchaser as soon as it is received by the Breeder.

Purchaser Agreement

To buy this Purebred Brittany Spaniel puppy identified above, taking
care of him/her with proper food, housing, and training.

Care:

-----Seek the advise of a Certified Veterinarian for vaccinations,
annual checkups, and deworming.

-----Shelter  --  Brittany's are people dogs and do best as a member
of  your household.

-----Safe secure yard

-----Brittany's are high energy dogs that have been bred for Hunting. 
With proper Obedience Training, comes the control you will need
for a good canine citizen.

-----The better food you feed your dog, the less likely your beloved
Brittany will suffer health problems in later years.  Grocery store
brand food is not a good dog food.  All purchasers will be required
to sign a Non Breeding Contract when they pick up their pup. 

If you are buying this dog with the understanding that you are getting|
him/her for competition, (Show,Field,Agility,Obedience) you agree to
train this pup and compete with it to a Title, either by showing it yourself
or hiring a handler.
Should you decide to breed your Brittany, one of the above four Titles is
required.

Also at two years of age, you must have him/her OFA Certified with a
copy of the results as well as a copy of their Title, to the breeder.  The
Non Breeding Contract with CKC will be reversed.Breeding should be
done thoughtfully with the future of the breed in mind. 

You agree not to give this dog up to a Shelter, Pound, or Rescue, should you
find that you just can not keep this dog in the future. 
You agree to first give the breeder notice to help you find a new home
or, at your expense, return the dog to the Breeder to find a good home.

Red Diamond Brittany's has carefully bred this puppy to be a wonderful

companion for you and your family.  We hope you have many happy
